I took my friends engagement ring in to get sized. Everyone was very helpful to me. They even got on the phone with my friend just to confirm all of my friends request to make sure the ring was done correctly. I called into the store after they had already closed for the day and they answered and stayed behind to allow me to come pick up the ring after hours. This was extremely helpful because I was flying out the next Day to my friends secret engagement. If they had not been so nice to stay behind after hours I probably would’ve had to cancel my flight and rebook another one. Super impressed with the commitment from the staff.

I'm a return customer, I bought my wife her engagement ring last year and today I returned to by her a Mother's Day/Birthday Present. As soon as I walked in Becky greeted me with a smile and a hello. She remembered me from the previous visit. I told her what the occasion was and the first thing she picked out (Diamond Necklace) was perfect. Because the specific necklace told a story. There customer service is next to none and they treat you like family. Great People and I won't go anywhere else.

I had the most pleasant experience buying an engagement ring for my future wife. Although it can be challenging being in a different state and was working off pictures/videos & diamond certifications, Marisa made sure I felt absolutely comfortable with my purchase. Marisa Ross at Hurst Diamonds went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me find the perfect diamond and band! All of personnel at Hust Diamonds are polite and professional and very willing to help you find exactly what you are looking for. With Marisa's help I was able to find the perfect loose diamond from an entire state away from their Lawrence shop. After many quality email exchanges, phone calls, and considerate contemplation Marisa found a beautiful diamond for my fiance, and it was on par with my budget!
