If I could give -0 I would. This spa has no warnings or documentation stating if you are 0-4 months pregnant that you are NOT allowed to get a message. I went in today for a message and they could not give me my typical message but offered a prenatal one at a later time. I bought the package deal in February and have 4 credits remaining. I asked for a refund of the 4 credits and a cancellation of my contract. The owner agreed to cancel the contract but did not give me and would not give me a refund for unused services. I think this is a poor business practice in my opinion, especially because there is no documentation of any kind in the contract that I signed or on the website stating policies and procedures for pregnancy. She threatened to call the police because I was rightfully asking for a copy of my contract and my cancellation and she said I am not giving it to you. I am entitled to a copy of anything I signed at any time and not one time only as it suits your business purposes. I asked the owner how would I have known that you have these policies in place about pregnant women and her response was "I don't know". Again, not very savvy in handling your affairs or communicating professionalism. This is all very unfortunate and I am deeply unsatisfied and unhappy with how I was treated as a regular patron.

Been going here since it opened about 27 years ago. Spotless, Nice and QUIET!! (I cannot stand when you hear employees talking at Spas.) From the front desk to all the Estheticians, they are friendly, so good at all the services and make you feel at home!
