There is definitely a heavy sales pitch on the initial visit so be prepared. The massage itself for me is nearly unrivalled though. If you are up for the serious deep tissue/shiatsu tension relief experience then this is great. If you're looking for relaxing Swedish spa this may not be for you.

Bought a groupon for myself and mom. Called 2 days in a row multiple times with no answer. Finally got a call back and set the appointment which wasn’t for a week, no problem. Confirmed with me multiple days leading up to our appointment. The massage with hot stones for me was amazing and she got deep tissue. She has a lot of back and neck issues so she was ecstatic when the woman got all her knots out. Later that night, she found bruises on her shoulder. That’s very unsettling to me. Also, my facial wasn’t what I was used to. Places I’ve been to have a separate girl for massage and facial, this one was the same. I liked how my skin felt after but rubbing my eyeballs with lotion while my eyes were closed was out of the ordinary to me. Had my eyes blurry and itchy for about 24 hours afterwards. I would go back for massage but definitely not facial.

Terrible. Had me waiting 25 minutes after my appointment time to take me in. Then when I'm undressed, they ask for my coupon. They should have asked while I was waiting. The room was freezing so couldn't enjoy the massage. They had me in a room right off the reception area so I constantly heard the phone ring, talking among staff and customers and even some arguing. Staff not able to speak English well or understand it either. Worst massage experience ever!

I purchased a couples massage and facials for my girlfriend and I. After calling multiple times without an answer or call back, we decided to stop by to schedule an appointment, and the lady says oh good idea to come by in person, and she showed us the phone with over 70 missed calls. No one stays at the front desk so good luck getting through. The place itself was small, parking lot was a bit difficult to maneuver if you have a big car, but okay.
So the massage..I told them I wanted it rough, my girlfriend said she wanted it soft. I’ve had a massage elsewhere, so I knew more or less what to expect. Both girls dug their elbows into our shoulder blades. I’m not sure if they are aware that your shoulder blade is not a muscle with a bad knot in it. We are both sore from it, even though my girlfriend said soft. My girl used a lot of massage oil while my girlfriends girl didn’t use enough and felt like there was friction. There was far too much attention to the upper shoulders but barely any attention shown to the lower back. Then when they did the legs, forget it. Such pain to the backside of my knees. It’s a tender area, and they dug their hands into it. Massaging the hands was weird too, normally they pull on your fingers and you can feel your middle knuckle loosen or crack...no, they just pulled on your fingertips. The woman massaging me also pinched my forearms, multiple times, not by squeezing 2 fingers, but by stretching and squeezing my skin as my arm was resting in the table...she could have easily lifted my arm up. The rest of the massage was halfway decent though...although there wasn’t much left after all that.
The facials...I’ve never had a facial so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. They wrapped a towel around my head to keep my hair out of the way from whatever lotions or oils they were using which I thought was a good idea. Then later, she took the towel off before she put the mask on, and all these pieces of dried up white mask got stuck in my hair. She tried to get it out and was pulling my hair and only moved the white pieces further into my hair instead of out of it. While applying all the lotions and oils, they kept covering my nostrils so I didn’t know when to breathe, when I opened my mouth to breathe they started putting the lotion above my lip and to avoid it getting in my mouth I closed my mouth. Thinking it was okay to inhale through my nose again, they went back and covered my nostrils. I don’t know if normal facials are like this, but I was literally finding it hard to breathe in between the lotions.
When we left, we each gave a tip to the front desk which they put in each girls envelopes with their names on them. Then they explained that the Groupon doesn’t include the tax so we had to pay the tax. Another review on here said it was $3/person. Well she didn’t tell me what it was before she swiped my card, and when signing I saw she charged us $10 for tax. Then they didn’t want to let us go. She showed us a brochure explaining the prices and saying the Groupon was a great deal and if you buy today, you can get the same price. We politely declined, I explained it was our anniversary and we just wanted to do something nice one time. She kept insisting so my girlfriend said we’ll think about it, I explained we can’t purchase anything at this time, and she insists again! She shows us a sheet (supposedly of the couple that went in after us) explaining that they purchased 10 additional massages and were able to keep the price and each time they came they could get a massage or a facial (even though she pointed out that they are regularly priced at a $30 difference). What she was saying wasn’t even making sense so we just said thank you, finished drinking our little bathroom cup of water, and with nowhere to throw the cup away, handed them back to her and left.
It wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever experienced, but I wouldn’t go back.
