Rio Wax Salon

I had been putting off my waxing for my legs and chest area for months because I was nervous, scared, and anticipated embarrassment. Finally I could not put off any longer and googled a place in the neighborhood when I came across Rio Wax Salon in Phoenix. I was attracted to their very beautiful building looks from the street. I called to set my appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful! She suggests me to see Dannielli. She is so professional, and kind; she really wants me to have a relaxing experience, besides I was running a few minutes late to my appointment. She did right by me and allowed me; even thou it compromised a bit her next schedule. Dannielli is very sweet, made me feel comfortable, she did a great waxing. Her ability to do a great wax and keep a legit conversation with me was awesome; it totally took my mind off everything. I kept yapping away because it was making me less and less nervous. In retrospect, I don't even think it really hurt that much and was over before I even knew it. Knowing now that I can call back and book again with her makes my next visit a sure thing that I will have to same quality work that she did for me!

The girls really know their waxing and laser hair removal in Phoenix. Friends have been there for the past 6 years and just have great results. I used their laser for my chest and arms areas after the 6 sessions they simply gone! Highly recommend Rio Wax Salon in Phoenix Arizona!

I called to make an appointment and the lady that picked up either didn't know the price or was trying to rip me off. She quoted me a price and when I questioned it, she tries lowering it by $5. Then I ask why its a different price quote online and she tells me she doesn't know what it says online, but we can do that price too. Then there was some confusion if this salon is just Suddenly Slimmer spa or its own entity. After all of this mess, I still try to make an appointment and they require name, phone number, address, email address, and credit card number. When I told her I wasn't comfortable giving all this information just to book my appt., she hung up on me. All of this for a simple eye brow wax. I will never step foot in to this establishment.
