I've been to Rise only a couple times, and both were great. Late night on the weekend was a great crowd, fun music, good energy. Even the drag show on a random weekday wasn't bad.

My friend ordered three drinks during happy hour before 9pm and opened up a tab so when he closed his tab around 930, the bartender refused to give him happy hour drink cards even though they were ordered before 9pm. When I confronted the bartender, he refused and walked away. This was very disrespectful and rude.  I expect better from a community bar.

I dig it. Not pretentious. Nice bartenders who are also easy to look at margarita game is hooorrribbbllleee. Unisex bathrooms (the future).
