Story

From starters to desserts we want to delight your palate with organic and genuine ingredients which respect the tradition and flavors of the Italian cuisine.
This Restaurant is a dream belonging to the Melotti Family, who lives in Italy nearby the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet (Verona).
Since 1989 Giuseppe Melotti and his wife Rosetta, together with their sons Luca and Gianmaria and daughter Francesca, produce their rice in a special region in the South of Verona with real passion and traditional methods, in full respect for the environment.
In 2002 the original "Risotteria Melotti" was created right in Isola della Scala, a town at a stone's throw from the City of Romeo and Juliet (Verona). From the great success of this first restaurant, the Melotti Family today realizes the dream to open a second "Risotteria Melotti" in the heart of Manhattan-East Village, New York City.
