RITE AID is a favorite of mine for many needs and handy items. Of course, I love the pharmacy. And the overall store with the wide variety of household, general care, health and beauty items. The staff is reliable and friendly. As long as associates show empathy and respect to their customers, anything is possible. Caring and respect are very important and RITE AID knows it.
I love this pharmacy and the people there! I've been getting my scripts filled here since I moved to the area in 2016 and the pharmacist on duty and all the staff here are always amazing thank you for always answering my questions about potential interactions! The overall environment of the store is a very welcoming one and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience here. Thank you to everyone at Rite Aid for everything you do, and for staying kind even during stressful times!
I assist a patient with retrieving her prescriptions. Over the last year or so the service has become slow and unorganized
Actually shocked to see such a low rating but 5 stars all the way for everything about the store. Clean and well kept, greeted at the door entering, pharmacy staff top notch and all very nice and friendly. Wish this was my normal pharmacy but I live in Kempsville and was there for a quick script after an emergency dental issue. Top notch to all there keep up the good work!
My husband has an ear infection he is in pain the prescription was called in by the doctor. We called Pharmecy the next day to see if our Perscription is ready for pick up at 11:00 AM they said they don’t have time to check the messages and to call back another 30 minutes.that is not an acceptable answer from a pharmacy. We called customer service of Rite Aid to complain about the issue and they tell us someone will get back to us within five days. I give This Rite Aid location on Shore Dr. Virginia Beach a rating of zero for their poor customer cate.
The lady at the pharmacy was so rude it was unbelievable. All we were trying to do was get our prescriptions. Why was there a need to have such an attitude. Worst customer service. They need to have nice, patient people dealing with people and their medications. Ridiculous.
Got a lot to learn about customer service. The pharmacy women were rude. Sorry ladies, you just lost a long time customer, there's no excuse for that attitude.
I came here to get my flu shot and the lady who was helping me was rude. She wasn’t being specific when she was asking me for my date a birth. All she was asking was month and day. When I replied back “What?”in a respectful way, She raised her voice asking me “what is your birthday!?!?” I don’t appreciate the change in her tone. Especially after already having a bad day. As much as I wanted to tell her off I realized that I was in uniform and I had to handle things professionally. Yes! We’re all human beings and have bad days but it was very unprofessional and rude. I recommend going to Walgreens. They’re very welcoming and have great customer service. Never again will I go here.
Been getting prescriptions filled here for years, new employees in pharmacy are incredibly rude. Multiple poor experiences in a matter of days.
Total rip off. My prescription was extremely overpriced. Filling my prescription at the Kroger pharmacy would've saved me $110. I guess it's my fault for not seeing what my options were, before having my prescription filled at Rite Aid. Never making that mistake again.
