Everything is locked up makeup, shampoo, vitamins, deodorant etc. expect to wait 5 min per item you need unlocked. Just hire more security stop making good customers wait for someone with a key, it's not good for the employees either they can't be everywhere to help everyone at once ps I buy less because I rather not wait and spend the money elsewhere. The shelves are also barely stocked and we have had trouble in the past with the pharmacy not having a reoccurring prescription in store, there should be some understanding of what inventory is needed.
An excellent pharmacy in a sea of horrible alternatives! The store is clean, and the staff is very courteous and attentive. The pharmacy, specifically, is very efficient and professional. They take their jobs seriously. The store is, unfortunately, locked down with anti-theft windows, but I can hardly blame them for doing this, considering the number of times that I've seen crazy people go in and flagrantly steal stuff off the shelves.
Baffled at the amount of empty shelves. I just can't be bothered to shop here any more. Half the store is empty. Are they closing the store? I hope they get replaced by something better. The neighborhood needs something decent here. It's been like this for ages, it's not a one time thing.
Calling the pharmacy since morning. Literally been on hold for 45 mins and still couldn’t get a hold of the pharmacist! I’m a provider and I will not be sending my patients prescription here. Update day 2. Still can’t reach the pharmacy. I showed up to the store and the line clearly isn’t working. How unsafe is this? The customer service number doesn’t get you anywhere either. It’s just a loop of recording. Rite Aid do better before someone suffers from serious consequences
Great store, WORST pharmacy EVER! The pharmacist, tech's... they are the worst. Don't know what they're doing. Make you wait hours... days for your meds. I simply can't comprehend the logistics of this place. If my other Rite Aid pharmacy had not closed down, I would not be going to this place
Understaffed for 2+ years - nobody answers the pharmacy phone. Everything is locked up in the store and it often takes 5-10 minutes for the single person with a key to arrive. They just need more people. It’s that simple.
The store shelves are always empty. re stocking issues .Most of the staff are friendly—lots of products are missing from the shelves. Vagrants in front of store this must be fixed. It used to be a great store. There is still potential and room to make things better. Start by stoking the shelves.
I am pregnant so I need certain medicines and aids to help get through the discomfort, the employees were USELESS in helping us find anything. I was going to vomit at any moment and they did not care at all to help. My sweet boyfriend had to search high and low to basically do THEIR JOBS and find what we needed. It’s embarrassing not even the pharmacist knew what he was talking about when he asked about B6 and Unisom for me. I wouldn’t trust those people with filling a prescription if they don’t even know pharmaceutical basics.
I am not sure why this location has so little in stock. Supply issue or to deter theft? They also have armed security inside near the front doors. The store is spacious but feels empty without all these item missing.
Half the shelves are always empty and everything is under lock and key: toiletries, over the counter meds, cough drops, beer. Have to press a button to have someone come unlock every cabinet. I’ve been overcharged multiple times relative to the price tags. This place is not worth supporting.
