Will you guys reopen? Rite Aid is essential to our community. SN: It’s unfortunate that you guys also had to deal with so many shoplifting/dangerous incidents but hoping this can be addressed for the safety of your staff. Pls reopen!
Calls are never picked up and when you go in person employees are rude and this is all the times. I'm in the same business and if I ever treated my patients in that matter I would be fired. The employees must are in need of customers service training and have some compassion for sick patience I'm sure they would not treat their family and friends in that matter. Then again they may. They are in a customer service business if they are not happy move on to another career. Hope someone in corporate is able to assist them in customer service guidance or training. Also for someone to answer their pharmacy que.
Store website states that the store is supposed to open and 8:00 a.m., With senior shopping hours from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. I arrived at the store at 10:20 a.m only to find out it was still closed. There were quite a few senior citizens standing in the front of the line waiting to get it. About 11:00 a.m. 3 of the female workers came walking up and when they were asked what time the store was opening they said don't ask no questions we should just stand there and wait until they open. This was truly disrespectful too all of us that was waiting to get into the store. When I told them that this was no way to speak to the customers their reply was we could go somewhere else if we didn't like what was said. The staff in this store definitely needs customers service training.
Went in here around 1PM on a Wednesday. The manager behind the cash was extremely rude and miserable. He should be working in the stockroom and not interacting with customers. Never going back in here. Go to CVS half a block down. Much better customer service.
Terrible. Line can have two people in it and your wait can easily be twenty minutes or more. My daughter was in line so long she ended up needing to pee. When she ran desperately to get the store manager's attention, she was told that they didn't have a public restroom. If you could have seen her little dejected face. They did not care. When I went to tell them she probably would not be able to hold it, she said she didn't have security--to escort a six year old to the bathroom? Maybe she was just doing her job, but this is terrible customer service. In every drug store I've ever been in if there was a small child about to have an accident, they have always been accommodating I believe at a few Rite Aids included. If you know that your customers will be waiting inordinate amounts of time to leave your store, you need a better job of accommodating them.
I am in this store right now. On a Saturday two cashiers at 7:05 and I think one is the manager. This store always has a long line. Besides not having some of the items I wanted that were on sale. I have least 20 people in front of me. So sad. It is the only one on 125th St. With that kind of monopoly you would think it would be better staffed and stocked. Not fair to the workers either
Racist store I was followed around this store by a security guard with a beard. As soon as I set foot in the place this guard starts following me. I work very hard and it's insulating and embarrassing to be followed around a store like your a shoplifter. I confronted him about him following me and we exchanged words. I ended up leaving the items I was going to purchase. I will never return , I think I'll just stop shopping at rite aid all together because this has happened to me a few times at a few different rite aid locations.
I love Rite Aid in general because you find just about anything there. But I love this particular Rite Aid because my pharmacist Steve knows be by name and will always go above and beyond to help me.
Lot of unnecessary bad attitude. Don't expect the prescription to be filled just because your dr sent it in. You need to come for a pick up just be told it'll take additional hours... plus the attitude, of course... silly me to expect 5hrs to be enough.
Please open the store back up. It was essential to the community. Great products and staff.please open the store back up
