Rite Aid

I called ahead to ask if this location took passport photos and the associate on the phone said yes. I Took the time to walk in and asked for my photo to be taken they then called for the person in charged of taking the photos I then wait for 5 minutes the associate then paged over the loud speaker again at this point a tall guy with long dread hair came to the front said he was busy and walked away at this point I had waited for another 10 minutes before I then went back over to the associate who was a older man with an accent who lied and said the manager said he told him there wasn’t any paper which was a lie as I was standing right there. No one told me this and I wasted my time coming in terrible/service poor customer service and terrible management skills by the team members as well. Don’t waste your time if your looking for passports photos they shouldn’t say they offer this service if this is the way they will treat customers

Terrible experience at the pharmacy. Line was obscenely long and the staff was clearly ignoring customers. Didn't have my prescription despite my doctor sending it over 48 hrs ago and my calling to confirm prior to coming. Main pharmacist was dismissive and rude. Go to CVS or Walgreens.

Attempted to get booster shots here to be met with confusion, and double talk. They post they have walk-ins between 2p-3p and the store is empty with 1 person filling out paperwork and getting a shot but they’re “too busy” to take us. The store was empty. Repeat- EMPTY. There were no long lines. But they’re “too busy”. And the explanation they gave me was straight comedy if it wasn’t for the fact we have a surge, they clearly Dont understand their community role in the pandemic. Totally Dysfunctional.

one of the best pharmacy staff i ever accustomed myself with. The pharmacist Eli was very helpful in explaining all the medications, asking me if i understood everything, and was very friendly. He smiled, he asked how i was doing, and said "have a great day" with such care. The pharmacy itself is very stocked and beautifully managed. Loved the experience. Will definitely be back!!!! Thank you Eli!!!!

Pharmacy is very unprofessional, Pharmacist is very rude. She is unhelpful and will ignore you. She was extremely combative and it made the experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. It’s seems a lot of negative reviews are about the pharmacy, Rite Aid needs to get it together.

Terrible pharmacy. Never answers their phones. Never know what's going on. Never fill out medications, which are so important, on time. Get it together... how unprofessional.

The pharmacy never, and I do mean never answers the phone. Waited over an hour for a simple refill. Completely unacceptable. Store shelves are usually empty. This location is a joke.

Its amazing to me how this place stays open. Idk maybe its because of their pharmacy. I have little experience with the pharmacy. But i can tell you that they have zero customer service. Also this store is almost always out of stock on products. They will tell you to come on Tuesday evening when orders come in. And still they will be out of stock.

Nothing like a business that deals with important medications that doesn't answer a phone for 6+ hours to the point that you have to call a different Rite Aid location entirely to get your prescription filled.

The staff is rude and the shelves are rarely stocked. They never have more than one person manning the register no matter how long the line gets. I live nearby so this is the most convenient location for me as well as a lot of others.... I’m guess that’s why even through all of these years the service has not improved. You aren’t losing enough money to care.
