The cashier was so rude on 6/16/2020 at 7pm. I felt like I was bothering her by coming in. I went in and they had no bread for hot dogs. When I asked for buns she said "Whatever is in there." She served the people in front of me and then walked away. When I ordered chicken and my son asked for pizza, she put the chicken in the bag and told me the price. When I asked "Did you put the pizza slices, she said " Nobody asked for 2 cheese slices." The customer service in this place is continually a problem but today it was ridiculous.

Today around 440 pm . I enter the 7-11 that is just one block away from my home . First time I enter because my son want it pizza and few snacks . The last slice was taken by the customer in front of us. The gorgeous lady with an amazing smile, made a nice fresh one for my son. Thank you as you made our day with your amazing customer service. Just went in to buy 2 double gulps. 90% of the fountain sodas were out and tasted disgusting! Complained to management who did NOTHING about it. Okay. So I filled the cups with ice and decided to purchase bottled sodas instead. Went to check out and the cashier was charging me $2 EACH for the cups of ice! Seriously? I'm only buying bottled drinks after YOU REFUSED to fix fountain drinks. And to make things worse the location was very nasty beverage station, especially near the hot beverage stations and the first gulp cup had green goo on it!. This site needs customer service training and a more frequent cleaning. Really wish they would replace this location with a WAWA! Which do not charge for ice if you're purchasing a drink and has a better selection of food and beverages! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

I can honestly say this 7 11 is if not the best in Brooklyn definitely one of the very few best in the boro. Seems the coffee is always hot and ready. The food is always available and if it isn't all you have to do is ask and the staff prepares it. The place is clean and the staff is welcoming. This 7 11 holds stronge to the 7 11 standard consumers have come to expect from the brand. Coffee, snacks, food, bargins, availablity, friendly service and yes occasionally a clean restroom for it's customers. They have it covered this far. 5 stars

I went there today with my daughter. The lady who was working there was super sweet and helpful to my little girl. The young man behind the counter was so polite and well spoken. I love this location!

They are closed every night from 12:00 AM-5:00 AM, yet online says 24 hours everyday. This becomes a headache for first responders who work overnight and need to grab something quick. Change your hours online!

BEYOND DISGUSTED!!!!! Before anyone ask! Yes i am a paying customer and I am 5.5 months pregnant and had to use the bathroom and as soon as i walked in i ran out not before i took a picture! The bathroom was beyond DIRTY!! It's appalling!!!

Management sucks! Asked the assistant manager was the lottery machine working & she had an attitude, Staff is rude, they never have anything in stock. Don’t spend your money at this store! It’s a waste of time.

Very good service by GLENDON he cooked fresh food for me and asked me 7-reward card I would like come back at this store again.

Whenever I go inside the store it is dirty and the lotto machine is always down. This has been a constant things for the past two months.
