Dunkin'

I rarely give 5 Stars to a Dunkin, or any fast food place for that matter, but they really went out of their way to be nice and helpful at this location. My wife and I had difficulty ordering through their app for some reason, and the guy in the place was very patient and helpful and friendly, and although he had the same problem with the app, he managed to get us what we wanted. Also a very clean place, with plenty of free parking in their lot out front. Parking: Plentiful Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

This Dunkin’ Donuts could be good with better staff knowing what to do. It doesn’t make sense why I’m paying 5 dollars to barely have anything on my bagel. Or any sandwich’s I order with bacon. Are they scared to put bacon on it. This is literally one piece of bacon cut up

This store have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life time. I go there every morning for my breakfast and the morning shift employees are so rude with the customers. Store is not clean . Lots of flies all around, cockroaches are everywhere. I don’t know how they are running such a store in this neighborhood. Anyway I m not going there anymore.

This is the most disgusting place I've ever experience. I haven't eaten here since I had a cockroach in my chai!! What made it worst when I brought it back to make a complaint they had an attitude with me.. The audacity no apology from the manager barely wanted to give me my money back because at that point I just returned everything that I bought. Just thinking about the situation gives me anxiety

Great service at this location. Service here at least on my personal level was was trash. Not anymore..Guy who helped me, I presume middle eastern and in his 20s went above and beyond with satisfying the customers. Not just me either! I watched his interactions with the customer immediately before then after me..Same energy there as well..Give this guy a raise in pay and title. Exactly what you need.

Amazing experience, the servers are well trained and polite. Not just quick but efficient as well. The place is well maintained and good experience. Pays attention special needs and the food is good as well. Great in general. Great manager as well always greets the regulars with a smile
