Customer service needs help at this location. They are very carless in the way they handle food. Last breakfast sandwich they prepared had the wax paper still attached to the egg, really poor attention to detail and carelessness from staff. They need to train staff for food safety , efficiency and customer service.
This is a new doughnut Caramel Pretzel. Just came out this morning. As expected tastes great sugar and salt. Good service as well pleasant cashier.
Mostly the first place I Go in the morning before I get on the train to go to work. I like the coffee and food items.
Worst service ever. They never get the order right doesn't matter how simple it is.
Place needs to be cleaned more often. The workers are not the friendliest. The line is extremely long around 9 to 10 am.
Bad customer service would not recommend this location. Location was basically empty only one other customer there but it still took a good 10 min before I was able to even order.
Went through the drive thru and the service was quick. The food came out hot and fresh. Never had service so good through a drive thru before nor from dunkin'. Really good service.
The wait to place your order was way too long.
Food and drinks were amazing. Like seriously the best coffee ive had from a dunkin in a very long time. I dont know who was on coffee at 1130am on October 5th 2020 but they need a raise!!
