Dunkin'

Just took a wasted trip this morning. Hot chocolate is watery. This is not the first time this has happened either. It must be a machine malfunction in general. Will be finding alternatives so I don’t continue wasting my time and money.

Employees don't wear masks properly.

Didn't recieve a receipt asked to see a manager since the sign clearly says that"if you don't receive a receipt ask for a manager and your meal is free" the last behind the register said it was nothing she can do. Totally disappointed never drinking Dunkin donuts coffee again.

Poor customer service cashier was very rude

Coffee smells and tastes fantastic!

Go too many time ordering the same thing a d you won't have to worry about speaking much when entering this establishment.

They dont know how to make frozen coffe they make it taste nasty not sweet at all it taste like raw coffe n she made twice and both time wasnt good!!!
