I use the app to get my items. They are quick in getting an order together. When I do interact with them they are helpful. If you don't use the app. the line can be long, just because people acknowledge the 6 feet rule. So use your app people.

This Dunkin’ Donuts Sucks! Staff doesn’t know how to follow directions & they’re cheap with everything. I had to tell them how I wanted my order 3 times & even after that I had to give the order back to them to fix it 2 times. It’s ridiculous.

The photo is not the Dunkin' that's the Western union next door although both follow social distancing guidelines and services is excellent.
