Dunkin'

I went for coffee before work. I left. They are slow need more help for busiest times of day, even on weekends

Rude staff, especially the women workers, they have no idea the basics of what customer service is. Bagels/Donuts are stale and hard, terrible. Place is always dirty, out of sugar/straws - a very poorly run store.

One of the absolute BEST customer service experiences I’ve EVER had at any Dunkin’ location. The young man preparing sandwiches actually said “Thank you for shopping with us” and put a couple extra slices of bacon on my sandwich as a way of apologizing for having to wait a couple extra minutes because he was on break.

I placed an on to go order and sent my daughter and nephew with the receipt to pick it up. They waited over 30 minutes for them to make the order while they took care of customers. Staff showed no remorse or concern about their wait and even caught an attitude when i came in to see what the wait was

The people are friendly and remember what you normally order. Before make your order they will ask "Are you having the regular this morning?" Great place

Pretty speedy service. I don't usually wait in line at this location despite the lack of employees which, by the way, aren't exactly enthusiastic. Dining spaces could be cleaner. OK amount of sitting space.
