Need more employees to work the registers. I have gone a few times and there is often a long wait to check out. Otherwise it is clean and well-stocked, but the makeup dept needs some TLC.
Very long line at the front cashier. Always one person rarely two. However, when you go to the pharmacy cashier, since there is hardly a long line, the male clerk refuse to take your items and was rude with his answer. His reply was "go back to the front cashier I'm going home". I was totally taken back. I was surprised since I shop there with no problem.
Clearly this store has no quality. They turn a customer away when he has a legitimate reason... The last 4 numbers on the card don't match what's on that receipt... That's dodgey... The manager sounds like a waste of space... No quality in the world.. trust I'm from upstate NY and never have I ever witness this sort of behavior from a store manager at a Rite Aid... To just WALK AWAY.... why don't you just quit your job if you don't like it... Ntm the way I grew up... What's fair is fair cut the card up open the drawer or better yet your own pocket and give back what he paid to put on the card.. simple and no one has to call the cops... Thats just the right thing to do but not everyone is me... So your store better hope that money is on his debit when he finally gets into it... I personally have made a formal complaint with the corporate office.. the chat was recorded...
WARNING: DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE They are the RUDEST customer service you’ll ever experience. The HATE gazing out from the customer service staff is UNBELIEVABLE, they disrespect you and make you feel like a piece of s*, they will be very mean to YOU. TRUST ME, DON’T GO THERE. THERE ARE MANY OTHER PHARMACIES WITHIN THE AREA THAT WILL TREAT YOU LIKE HUMAN AND WITH DIGNITY.
Store has a huge poster in cosmetics aisle advertising "Try any beauty product, 100% risk-free". Accordingly, I took a risk and bought some new makeup products. Shortly afterwards I came to exchange a lip gloss I didn't like. I had my receipt, the tube was nearly full, and I wanted credit applied to my new purchase. Cashier says, "I don't do open cosmetics returns". I start telling her that the receipt says otherwise, returns are allowed for 90 days. She interrupts to tell me "I know what the receipt says", that this store has a policy of not accepting open cosmetics returns. On the way out with my purchase I go look in the cosmetics aisle - the big poster is still there, telling unsuspecting shoppers that they can try any beauty product risk-free and that opened/used beauty products can be returned for a full refund..
“Samantha” was very disrespectful to me, She left me hanging on the phone for a long time, after waiting so long I called back several times but she won’t answer the phone again, so then I called back from a different phone number, when she answered the phone and i asked her why she lets me hanging like this for SO LONG and why she’s IGNORING MY PHONE CALL WHEM I’M TRYING TO CALL THE STORE AGAIN, she replies in disrespectful and RUDE tone: “SIR, SORRY, I AM VERY BUSY.” And she hangs up the phone again. What a piece of garbage she is and this rite aid store customer service. No wonder this store has an overall 2 star rating on google, they treat customers worse than animals. Shame on Samantha and the rest of the staff.
I hate to admit it but I am baffled by the attitude of most of the employees here there are 2 really nice employeesthe full figured white dude and a talkative but attentive lady. The rest of the employees are unbelievable in terms of their IDGAF attitude. Maybe they are underpaid and overworked???
If I can give zero stars I would. They hire these ignorant teenagers that have no courtesy for people in general. I dealt with a rude one this afternoon and she's lucky I was with a family member, because that girl would've caught my hands.
Horrible service. It's a nice store, but be prepared to wait on line for a minimum of ten minutes. Usually about twenty. There's one slow cashier for 25 people on line.
Insane how incompetent the staff is. Literally two days before Christmas and the Christmas isle where gift bags and wrapping is, is in complete disarray and they tell me there ARE NO BAGS. When they are just all on the floor and they are reorganizing at 6pm. Needs actual staff and management.
