Since this business sold to lots of Indian investors it is getting worse dirtiest 7 eleven i have ever seen food is dirty nothing is clean no fresh coffee all muffins etc… is placed in dirty shelf’s just not pleasant if there was closer one wouldn’t but from here definitely last time i bought something from this specific location I am a person definitely buys things from 7eleven multiple times a day and definitely visited many locations in city as a uber driver

I came here on Veterans Day and I asked the cashier about the big bite hotdog promotions for veteran they were so confused and said no free hot dog. Order a beef patty and chicken wing and they didn’t give me a bag or napkins.

Today is Veterans Day and this store is not participating in Big Bite promotions for vets service sucked had no lids no napkins no hot dog holders

This place has gotten worse over the years. If I could I would give this place no stars. I came in today to buy food and what not. Once I got home I had already ate the pizza and one of the taquitos. The first was soggy ok I get it its not a 5 restaurant what else can you expect from 711. But the moment I had bit into the second taquito it was ROCK SOLID. I spit out a chunk and split the taquito in half. WHAT I SAW WAS BEYOND GROSS, UTTERLY DISGUSTING. THE TAQUITO WAS MOLDED FROM THE INSIDE OUT, DRY AND I SWEAR IF I CATCH A BUG OR EVEN BECOME SERIOUSLY ILL I WILL TAKE ACTION AND HAVE THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN. If the OWNER IS READING THIS, I want a COMPLETE REFUND AS THIS IS A GREAT HAZARD TO MY HEALTH AND EVERYONE ELSE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION.

The best 7/11 in NYC, the manager is a dope guy. This is one of the few spots where the store doesn't force you to mix your own iced coffee with the taps.

Terrible service lousy customer service Some foods from the hot line have been on display for too long and they don't change them for fresh food Simply consuming in this 7eleven is a bad experience 0 -

I ordered from here via Uber eats everything arrived beautifully. But I have one complaint when a customer order’s a slurpee it would be nice if you send along a straw. I know mistakes happen. Just an awareness.

Horrible dirty place very unprofessional never have fresh coffee they told me they are to busy to make fresh coffee! The milk is not properly refrigerated the lady who works there was touching bakery products with no gloves on! This place needs to be inspected they are very unprofessional

This 7-11 is by far the worst one in brooklyn. Drinks are watered down beyond belief, hot food is smaller portions than any other 7-11 place and everything seems unsanitary. I will avoid going to this 7-11, the owner or manager is clearly being cheap and doesn’t deserve the business

This place is absolutely disgusting. The food is there for hours on end and the owner is too cheap to replace them hourly. The lids are behind the counter to "keep kids from wasting them". So you have to ask for a lid before grabbing a cup to get a drink, which absolutely should not be done. The lids could be dirty from nearby dirt or be on the floor at one point. Some machines work half the time and the owner doesn't do anything to help. There are a lot of flies in the bread area and customers are dirty and spill coffee on nearby merchandise. The garbage outside is terrible and isn't cleaned at all. You can hear rats at night. The only clean areas are coffee and refrigerator that has food in it. I advise everyone to not go here and to go to the 7-eleven store on 18th ave and 63rd.
