This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had. They never have medications, I always have to return hours later or a day later to pick up prescriptions. They do not adhere to the times posted for opening. Today I went to pick up my prescription at 12 and they posted a sign that they won’t open until 3pm. They also keep you waiting on the phone for an extensive amount of time hoping you’ll hang up. If you hang on for the long run they eventually will disconnect. It upsets me that I must travel to a “different “ neighborhood to receive the expected service customers should have!!!! Hire more staff or revamp the entire system so that service is efficient for customers!!!! Poor, poor, poor!!!!!
Although the wait time on the line for the Pharmacy has gotten better, there are still improvements that need to be made. I waited over 1 hour and 45 minutes on the telephone for the Pharmacy. I had to hang up because it was after hours. I hung up at 7:20pm, totally unacceptable!!
Triple 0 star for this pharmacy. I waited an hour for the phone to be answered. Never refill the prescription. On a different t occasion I received a message that it was ready for pick. I went an hour later to pick up and had to wait 45 mins more for the prescription. Horrible service all around.
Clearly the Regional Manager of Walgreens doesnt read Google reviews OR Walgreens simply doesnt care. The shelves at this location are often bare and prices much higher than other locations in nearby neighborhoods with different demographics. Today 8/29/2022, to my amazement, there was NO ALCOHOL in the entire store - not on the shelves and not in the back inventory. This is total disregard for BASIC needs in a community, i.e. children have injuries, people groom themselves, etc. Management of this store location needs to be re-evaluated. Walgreens needs to do better. If I could give a zero, I would.
On Saturday 13th around 9:30am,I went to pick up an item from FedEx the cashier that was in the front is an untipastic person, She shouldn’t be working there,she doesn’t give good customer service I don’t her name But she isn’t good to be working with customers
HORRIBLE. I mean at times it's okay, NY prescriptions are filled on time BUT majority of the time there's ALWAYS a problem. My daughter's antibiotics were perscribed days ago, I was on hold for over 20 mins just for them to hang up on me. later I find out they just didn't feel like filling up the prescription the doctor had ordered. An online agent made sure to have it ready within a few hours. There is always a problem with them not filling it or not even letting you know there's a delay or trying to solve the problem .
The service here is so bad, there is never anyone able to help you and most things are locked behind a glass or have an alarm put on them. I’ve gone a few times and they usually only have one or two employees which I understand is not their fault but I think they should hire more people.
The pharmacy doesn't care for no one I have covid and im giving the lady my info so I could get my medicine for it and it's free and she tells me what insurance I have very nasty lady knowing that I didn't feel well ! Don't cone here people!!!!
I wish Walgreens would've brought in new staff instead keeping the unprofessional RiteAid staff. The pharmacy & front line is poorly ran with super slow service
Today, Monday 2/21/22, I called the pharmacy three times: 9:54a, 9:57a, 10:02a and 10:07a EST. Each time, the pharmacy staff purposely disconnected my call as I was on hold - to prevent themselves from answering. What’s even more frustrating, is that I’m actually calling the pharmacy to inquire about the reason my prescription sent 3 days prior was never filled. After my doctor sent the prescription to the pharmacy on 2/18, the staff did not fill the prescription. I did not receive a call with an explanation/voicemail and the website provided no further or elaborate details on why the prescription was never filled by the pharmacist. I shouldn’t have to travel all the way to the pharmacy to determine why my prescription wasn’t filled. Instead, I should be able to proactively get in touch with pharmacy staff regarding their lack of service in filling the prescription and be notified of any issues - in the event I need to fill the prescription at another pharmacy. Instead, they’re deliberately hanging up on/disconnecting phone calls. It’s not as if any time you go to the pharmacy… they move with urgency, compassion and care because the lines are long and the staff is extremely rude. And now, I have to deal with this nonsense over the phone. Unacceptable!!
