i have always had a pleasant experience at this rite aid location staff are friendly and helpful , no issues with the pharmacy either and the store is always clean and well organized

Okay but why aren’t you open when the schedule says you should be open?

Terrible customer service, will leave you on hold forever. Closes too early.

I go here because it contains the Amazon Locker closest to my home. Theres always a line and the employees tend to be slow and mostly unfriendly. But the store is clean and seems moderately well stocked but there isn't much of a selection.

Not only does this pharmacy not notify me when my medication is out of stock or ready each month, they are extremely rude when I call to ask about my medications.

They need to keep checkout lines from getting too long at the front. Often there is a loss prevention guy up front near the door and someone poking around an aisle stocking or replacing price tags, but only one cashier up front for 10 people in line.
