I got a brow kit, and I got it home. It was used. It had tiny hairs inside the scissor comb, and inside the package. I returned it, the cashier was nice about it. They had no others left to exchange. Disgusting. What if they cleaned it and I didn't know, and used the razor? How did someone get away with using it?
