River Cities Public Transit

This is pathetic excuse of a service, they can be too unpredictably early even when's there's NO ONE else to pickup or drop off, poorly organized and they sometimes drive up without honking for you, like they should to let you know they're here, and no show you, before you even know it making you waste more time and money, and don't listen to whomever gives it a good review and/or five stars, they're complete total idiots. because there is NOTHING good about them and no matter what, never EVER tip them! Also, what gives the drivers a right to lecture their passengers for minor miscalculations, I pay them to take me to work NOT to chew me out for calling them on short notice, when I get called in on short notice as well, You call that COURTEOUS!? Those dumbasses are should NOT be allowed to ask restaurant workers what the secret is behind their food items especially Pizza Ranch chicken. SO unprofessional! They need to SHUT DOWN!!!

Picking up a young elementary school child should NOT be at the driver's discretion. A better system needs to be in place for their bus passes, young children are simply not responsible enough to keep track of them during the day throughout school. To have one driver still take you home one time but another driver refuse you? How humilitating and scary for the child. What a terrible operation when the lives of children are being put in your hands and you don't care to do anything about it to fix your system!

Kids are sometimes late for school takes forever for them to answer phones. Very disorganized not reliable at all

If they weren't supported by the government, they'd certainly go under for incredibly poor customer service.
