River View Rv Park

The "new" addition to the RV park needs lots of work, The trees they have planted are so small they won't be of any use for 20+ years. No grass anywhere! No picnic tables. No fire pits. The RV lots are made from recycled asphalt and you have to really wipe your feet (or take off your shoes) before getting into your RV or you'll bring in tar. This place has LOTS of potential! Beautiful view overlooking the Missouri River and Pierre. Maybe in a few years when some landscaping is done and the place matures a bit more.

We had a Fantastic experience here. The manager was the friendliest manager at an rv park we have ever experienced!!! Super friendly and went put of her way to help us. They are adding many new sites with an incredible view of the Missouri River. When this is done it will be the most beautiful RV park in the Midwest. Incredible view at nite overlooking the lights in the Missouri River valley!!

Simply amazing. Not only is the view great, but the hospitality is unlike anything else I've seen. Been working on the road for over 4 years and this is one of the very few parks I would come back to in anticipation.

The park is not what the photos show. It is a graveled lot with about 18 spaces and a few short trees. It does have a great view of the Missouri River. Hookups are not spaced correctly and are very close together. All spaces do not face the river you just get a side view unless you are parked in the last spaces to the east. Owner is helpful but new to the industry. He does answer his phone (Cody). He is planning an expansion. The park is up a winding hillside but was not a problem. This affords the views. Very basic amenities. Wifi was good until thunder lightning storm took it out. We would stay here again as it met our needs.
