Charlotte is the worst ever landlord. She didn’t give us our deposit back after living there for 3 years.
This one has its pros and cons. the good thing is, you can control your own air conditioning, but the hallways feel congested because it has literally no air conditioning.
Location is convenient, but the building is poorly maintained. The concierge desk service is not very good, either.
No joke the fire alarm goes off 2-3 times per month. I have been keep track since I moved in and so far it has gone of 37 times. If you don’t mind constant fire alarms at 4:00 am stay away from this place!
The bang for the buck!
The landmark realty has very bad service if you go through them. The contract almost solely states their right but few obligations and you need to fully accept it. Rent needs to be paid in check every month. No digital payment.
No problems! Great value and good location.
The pace is poorly maintained and those fire alarms.
