Didn't receive my deposit for almost half year. They did not reply to my email anymore. Everytime I call them, they just said that they will call me back later, but they never call back!

The move in process was incredibly easy and Ty was very communicative with us throughout the entire time. We really like our apartment and the location of the neighborhood!

We lived here for a few months and really enjoyed our time. It was within walking distance to groceries and really good food. You have easy access to the Mt. Vernon trail for bikers/joggers/walkers. The office staff was easy to work with and very kind.

Hello Mr. Piedrahita, I called post office and amazon, and they refunded the package. The best advice could be putting down office's address as mailing address. Besides this, everything s good, loved the location and pho 75 XD.
