Overall great building. The price jump was insane and I almost did not renew my lease because of it and won't be doing so again. Its been well over a year and they WON'T wash the grimy windows. I've brought this up now four times and been told it depends on if the company wants to spend the money. This is a necessity!!!
LaRetia gave me a great and welcoming tour, no appointment but she answered all my questions. Although there is some construction happening the building feels like home.
The leasing office made finding my apartment in the building super easy. Jasmine is amazing and so friendly. Even after deciding to sign a contract, she answered all my question and made sure my move in process was super easy and stress free. The building staff is also very nice.
