Eh, I noticed a while back during a maintenance request they use fiberglass filters in the HVAC instead of pleated filters.  Fiberglass basically does nothing in comparison.  Cheapo.  At least it is a non-smoking building!

Loved living in this building. You cannot beat the location, walk-in closet, private balcony and great service team. I am sad to be moving out and would certainly recommend 2201 Wilson to my friends!

I lived at 2201 Wilson for two years, and loved it! The location is so convenient, the neighborhood has lots to offer, and the staff is amazing! 5 stars!

Great place to live at once my current lease expires! I love the location, the newly renovated apartments, common areas  and the staff.

Move-in was easy, and the entire staff is really friendly. There were a few really small things we wanted maintenance to come fix when we moved in, and they came the same day. It's a great time to move in, since construction next-door is wrapping up, and this building is re-doing all of the hallways, so it'll be super fancy :

Visited once, loved the building and the location. Thinking seriously to move there!

Have lived here a decade, No regrets.
