Rob was readily available to answer my questions and worked hand in hand with the realtor to get all things we needed over for a quick close! He also got us a great interest rate and found a grant for new home buyers! Highly recommend!
Rob and Katie are fantastic!! After a failed loan with another lender due to COA issues, Rob and his team worked tirelessly to make it happen for us. Rob Downs is THE MAN. First, I felt no pressure to commit to, sign, or purchase anything. Rob was incredibly transparent about what I would qualify for vs. what was realistic given my budget and lifestyle goals. He encouraged me to ask a lot of questions. He was very patient with me and made sure I understood the whole process. When I was ready to buy, he and his team shout out to Katie pulled off the impossible and got me to closing in 2 weeks.
