Robert Half

I cannot recommend RH anymore. I had great experiences with them years ago. They're a mess now. Multiple recruiters call you needing you to take action they never told you about, right away. They sent me to a client of theirs that wasn't working out for me. When I clearly explained my reasons for wanting to change assignments, the recruiter took an interpretation from my words that painted me in an unflattering way that was completely inaccurate. Then, they ghost you. I constantly had to hound them to hear back on next steps, and when I finally would get in touch, they provided unhelpful answers. At the time of this review, I haven't heard from them in four weeks. I'm giving 3 stars because they did actually send me to an assignment, so if you're just willing to lay down and take whatever they give you on the first try and aim to please their clients instead of working out a mutual arrangement, then they might be fine for you. Edit: So I broke it off with them, and RH doesn't appear to have any inclination to actually work through problems. As you can see from the reply to my review they aren't concerned with trying to fix issues, just hear about them. The reply I got from one of their managers who I contacted was very similar- just a "we're sorry to see you go, and feel free to leave any feedback". Maybe your experience will be different. From my experience, it seems like you need them more than they need you. I was right to stop working with them.
