Robert Humble CPA; Humble Robert Will

It is just frustrating to deal with this company,i'm with this company with past 2 years, the company got hacked recently and they didn't even notify anybody about what information got stolen, i'm sure all the users information was stolen, i kept getting spam threat calls saying the call is from IRS and i will be arrested in 24 hours, if i don't call back. I submitted my documents for 2017 joint tax filing, they said it's gonna get filed, but no information so far. I don't know if they have filed it online or got an extension or just straight ignored my profile. I'm sure they might have missed filing my taxes this year. Just Frustrating, I'm following up with this since few days i didn't even get any reply from them. Jut went ahead and filed an extension, don't know what to do as of now. So Frustrated and irritated with Robert Humble CPA. I personally liked talking to Rob, he's informative but missing tax filing is not acceptable. If they don't want to file a customers taxes for any reason, they should let them know, not keep them till the deadline. I would not recommend this firm at all.

Rob is an excellent accountant and so helpful with our taxes. We use him for both our business and personal accounting.
