Didn't get the young man's name but he wore a Raiders hat and was a one man band tonight. Rang up orders, made the food, and arranged the restaurant's playlist to keep us entertained while we awaited his blessings in food. Leave a tip in the jar up at the counter and he'll take care of the rest!

Absolutely fabulous day at Chimera. Thank you Chris and Nuncio for welcoming us back to the Chimera family. Course and greens were in great shape. As always a wonderful day, great to see everyone.

I don't know what's up with the late crew but there is an older man there that doesn't speak any English which is not a big deal but at least learn to say hello and your welcome. All he does is head nods and looks, smh . This is usually after 2 am. I hate dealing with people like that. It's aggravating!

Okay. Definitely better than Taco Bell. However yesterday I ordered 2 carne asada nachos. Told him to make the meat well done. He gave us cold meat.

I got my usual: #11 beef as is, but it was a little bland. I like the Robertos in Spring Valley on Hacienda and Decatur.
