These guys are always knowledgeable about their products. The prices seem a little high but they are everywhere. They are friendly, fast, clean, & have YUMMY FRESH MADE COFFEE!!! Location is great. Parking is a little crazy but I always get a spot. They are open later than most smoke shops & I love Monica greeting us everytime!!

I have to say that every, an I do mean every time I am at this store the vibes are very good . this is one of my favorites places in valley. The customer service is always on point...I just want to encourage everybody to check this spot out. Also ROBERTSON`S STAFF I`m coming to see you next week that new display....

I’ve been wanting to make this for a couple days and I decided I finally should because it’s been bothering me so bad. I just barely turned 21 and got my ID pretty recently. This was the first smoke shop I stopped in and I was so excited. The first night I went the girl was the sweetest she had brown hair and a long ponytail I heard she’s worked there a while. She was amazing. The second night I stopped in there was a blonde girl with shorter hair and she was so mean. I work in customer service and I’ve never been treated like that or even thought of talking to someone like that. Everything she said she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude, treated me like I was stupid when I was just looking. I don’t know if she had a bad day but I’m probably never going in again :

First time here although I've seen it around for years. Decided to randomly check it out and was super happy I did! They have a great variety of juices and other products, the staff was very knowledgable and helpful, pricing was good and I was also encouraged to try my product if I wanted to before I left the store to make sure it worked which was nice. I've gone home with devices that don't work before but you can't return or exchange them once you leave, so it was nice to be able to have the opportunity to make sure! I will definitely be coming here more often!

Very happy with my experiences. New to Kratom and have tons of questions. Josie has gone out of her way to help me and answer questions. Super pleased with the care and service from her and Allison.

If I can rate this place a zero I would!!!! Been coming here for a couple years now and it seems like the past so many months how I'm treated by the girl josie is absolutely asinine!! To put it nicely!!!! Just tonight I go to buy smokes and she refused after talking very disrespectful to my friend and I who's never been their They way she didn't ask anyone before me or after me to scan I'd but single me out EVERY TIME I shop here when even the owners don't do that is not right!! Fine have me scan my I'd but also have EVERYONE else do too and give them the same disrespectful attitude I get when I come in too!!!! Very unprofessional and rude and I had to give the same energy back as I will not stand being disrespected and talked down too for absolutely no reason!!!! I doubt the owners will even do anything s out it!! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!! As long as she works here I will NEVER shop here and neither will ANYONE I know I'll be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint Sincerely The guy on the motorcycle with red hair!!!!

Little pricey, but quick and great coffee. Lots of space inside, outlets, and fairly quiet for the amount of people working there. Plus outside seating is nice in the evening.

I absolutely love this little place. It's walking distance from my office which makes it great for grabbing some drinks or wandering through their 2 humidors looking for my next cigar.

i love this place! they are always so willing to answer questions and help anyway they can! All the employees are great, Josie is always so welcoming and knowledgeable!

This place is honestly the best. Customer service is through the roof. I feel like they are good at reading your mood, because they can always tell when I'm in a hurry and make it a speedy transaction. When I'm in a mood to chat their happy to chat back. They are honestly the reason I won't go anywhere else.
