Great place to train! As a martial arts school owner myself, I can say from experience that this is a quality martial arts school. When martial arts is taught correctly, it is a life changing experience. Sifu Donahue is a great instructor, but also tremendous martial artist himself. If you are looking for lessons, the Rochester School of Martial Arts is the right choice.

Great schools are hard to find. Great martial arts schools are even more rare. You may want to join a great school like this one to learn self defense, get in shape or for your children. The RSMA is all of these things, but why most people stay is the change in themselves, not just physically, but in many of the ways we all long to improve. It can be an amazing journey. The school has programs from young children to adults and at all levels of experience. If you are looking to improve yourself, this could be the best move you have ever made. 

Now that the serious part is over, I have to say that studying martial arts here is way too much fun for me. I have studied martial arts since I was a wee tadpole and the RSMA is the best experience I have have ever had.

Rochester School of Martial Arts will change your life!  

As a student of martial arts for over 26 years, I can say with confidence that this school is of the highest quality of any you will find, anywhere.  You will get in great shape and learn realistic self defense that would work in a real situation.  

More importantly, the training you will get here will affect all areas of your life.  I have seen many lives changed because of this place.  Do not pass up the opportunity to train here!

As a student at the Rochester School of Martial Arts, I feel like this place has changed me in a positive way, and is a great place to learn and grow. I love the art, but I love the people even more!
