Rock City Pizza

This is my go-to late night option. I usually get the calzone and my boyfriend loves their cheesesteaks - they’re both SO good!! Everyone who works there who I’ve interacted with has been incredibly nice, and whenever I call or place an online order it’s always the correct order, and waiting for me when I arrive. Such nice people and a great restaurant! It can get a bit pricey, but I’d say it’s worth it.

Good food, HUGE slices. Not the best cashiers. Got my order wrong more than once, struggled to do the simplest task like get a salad out of the counter fridge and hand it to me. The cashiers seem to be bored or too busy with online orders and therefore don't care a ton about the customer in front of their register. Ill keep coming back for the food, but the cashiers are not the best. The people working in the food counter are mostly great.

Watch out ordering after midnight large chance you will never get your food. I think they get inundated since every other place closes really early in boston at night so they kinda just don't fill a lot of the orders.

I ordered from here using Uber Eats last night for some sick comfort food. I ordered a 10 piece honey bbq wing, sweet potato fries, the fried dough, and a blue "gatorade" all for about $30. Firstly, the wings were delicious! The container they put them in for delivery came with a lot of sauce for them to marinate in. I had asked on uber eats if I could do half honey bbq and half brown sugar. I don't think they did that because the receipt only said honey bbq and the container had them all together. Not complaining, just wanted to try both. Doing a half and half option would probably be a good idea for them to implement. Also, they gave me 11 wings so points for that : The fries were as good as any sweet potato fries I've had but fell prey to the bagged fry issue where they get soggy. It was a good amount of them though. The blue gatorade I got was actually Powerade and there is a difference lol. I think they should change the drink name so people know what they're getting. The fried dough was good! With the powder and caramel on top it was sweet. But I think they were also a bit tough and maybe over fried. When you bite into them there's a lot of air pockets. Overall, you get a good amount and they're tasty. I have a coupon they sent in the mail for a pizza so I'm excited to try that next time and I think I would get the wings and fried dough again! Also decent turnaround time between when I ordered and when I got it 50 minutes ish?

Our food was DELICIOUS. We got a green wrap and a roast beef and they were both delicious. We ordered gravy fries and they didn’t have gravy so they gave us a free tiramisu! Which we didn’t expect at all and it was DELICIOUS. Seriously 10/10. And the plain fries were so good too. Will be ordering from here again

Love the food. Been slowly working my way through the menu. Love the steak and cheese. Today tho I ordered the meatball and it was very bland. Every thing else was delicious. The sauce the bread and the cheese. The meatballs. You could tell they were not home made. Very bland almost not taste it all. Hard to savor.

Really good pizza and wings! Plenty of toppings on the pizza and the crust is very tasty. The staff was very lively and friendly!

I really like the food and used to order here often, but I've now been waiting for 2 hours for an order to arrive. And that's after 15 minutes of being on hold and being told 'the driver just left'. That was 25 minutes ago. Unacceptable. Update: Driver just called. He's not here. Realizes he's in the wrong town, 15 min away. Jfc.

Ordered a pizza, the tracker stayed on prep for over an hour. Called 5 times and did not receive an answer at all. Got scammed out of my money.

I like this place . I’ve been ordering here for 3 years and only had 1 problem the other day that they CORRECTED for FREE. They also gave me fried dough and chips that were delicious as well and appreciated . It’s not much but it shows they care about happy/ returning customers. Happy new year to the Rock City staff !
