Rock City Truck Service & Towing

These guys are first class! We were traveling with our 35ft fifth wheel and broke a leaf spring leaving us dead in the water 3 days before Christmas. While this is not typically the type of work they do, they came out and immediately started working. They drove from Rock Hill to Charlotte for parts and were able to get us moving. They took us back to their shop to make sure we were going to be able to continue our trip. They saved our Christmas and we are so very appreciative. Could not ask for better people!

It Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This Crew!!!!!!! I’ve never experienced a more friendly, honest, and personally professional truck shop!!!!!!!! From the office to the bays, top notch service!!!!!! Hats Off To Robbie, Jason, And The Rest Of The Team!!!!!!! Had my alternator bracket break on me in the middle of a snow storm and these guys got me back on the road in less than an hour!!!!!!! 5stars don’t say enough!!!!!!

Very helpful and very friendly. Glthe guy who came and picked up my car didn't ask for any help, he did all the work on his own. Gave me a few suggestions that he had and dropped me off exactly where I needed to go without any trouble.

Coming up I-77 we stopped to put fuel in our truck at a Citgo station and when we pulled out our truck stopped running. (Bad fuel from station) We called Rock City towing and they came to help us. It was after 7 pm on Saturday night and the start of the Christmas weekend. We couldn’t have asked for nicer or more helpful people. We were towing our 5th wheel camper and had our dog with us. They were extremely accommodating and even let us stay over night in their lot. Our truck was back up and running after they towed it to their garage with camper behind it, pumped bad fuel out of tank, replaced filter then towed it to fill it back up at another station. Willie went above and beyond to be helpful in this stressful situation. I’d recommend Rock City Towing to anyone.

My daughters car broke down in Rock Hill today, in the middle of a busy intersection at Celanese Boulevard. I was working in Lancaster SC, about 30 minutes away. So I googled towing services in Rock Hill SC and they had a good rating on Google. So I chose to give them a call. They got there in a matter of minutes and towed her car to their shop. These people went out of their way to accommodate us, and to help us not only get a new battery but to also replace it, and get us on our way. Keep in mind this is a company works on transport trucks but helped us in a time of need! Thank y'all very much these are good people!!!!
