Very rude clerk/secretary. Called in to make a payment and the person answering expressed extreme discontent in my wanting to know exact costs and fee breakdowns. Claimed to be the dept that takes payments, but refused to give all details. I asked how could I pay and they then yelled at me and say I could only pay on tuesday and thursday despite having different instructions on my paperwork.

Great inventory, nice cold water fountain with restrooms near the entrance, online account access, self checkout, helpful library staff, fantastic book sales held inside that help profit libraries all over Rockbridge.
