The storefront looks deceiving - this is an old school hardware store that has stock going to the ceiling and the staff know where to find anything. I was very impressed when I stopped in and found everything I needed - with great service.

These guys have been my saviors for years. Not only friendly and patient with an amateur, but extremely knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Very convenient being able to shoot over here in Lakeview instead of having to travel into a war zone to get to Home Depot or past causeway for Lowes. Staff are helpful every time.
Excellent customer service. Unlike the big box stores they immediately ask if they can help you.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I priced them out against Lowe's on a few different things paint, air filters, keys and bulbs and they're the same price or pennies more. I love having this hardware store in the neighborhood!
The theme song is right " Ace is the place..." Rockery has been quite helpful since my client is close by. They tend to have whatever I need. Friendly? That's subjective. Most speak and greet a few couldn't be bothered unless they're taking the cash. All in all shop small business until they give a reason not to.
Can NOT beat their customer service. Always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
