Friendly staff, competent, and easy to deal with.  Went to purchase a snow blower, they walked me through their selection, and recommended a size based on my preferences / driveway / available storage.  They also assembled and helped me load it up the next weekend when I went to pick it up.  Prices seemed comparable to other places in the area.
