Rocky Mountain Campervans

We just finished a ~2K mile loop in a new Winnebago Solis from Rocky Mountain Camper Vans. Our experience was incredible! My husband and I drove from Denver to southwest Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. The camper van was such a great way to see the landscape, and made it extremely flexible for us to find our camp spots with minimal planning. We're continuing on with our travels, but already know we're going to miss the freedom and independence of rolling around in a camper van! Boyd, Ethan and their crew were awesome to work with. We flew into Denver the same day we picked up the van, and after checking out the van briefly, we were on our way. We had a few questions while we were on the road, and Boyd was helpful and available and let us know we had their support in case anything popped up. Highly recommend this outfit for camper van rentals in the Denver or other locations they service. Thank you!

I had a fantastic trip with "Elsa" in July of this year. I booked the trip through Outdoorsy, and the Rocky Mountain team went above and beyond to get in touch, share important prep info video walkthroughs etc in advance, communicate throughout the trip and accommodate my somewhat hectic drop-off at the end of it all : The van drove great, had all the necessities, and was an absolute joy to travel with. The only thing I missed was a wine bottle opener ; . I am definitely going to rent from Rocky Mountain Campervans again soon! Thank you guys again!!

We had the best experience with our camper van. My kids were so excited for our trip and loved every second of it. I was shocked by how much room there was and how much fit in the van. It was an incredible experience that my family won’t forget. I highly recommend Ricky mountain campervans!

Amazing trip. We rented a Pro Master and they set us up with everything we needed. They also guided us on routes, restaurants, and camping spots. Great way to explore the West.

The VW Eurovan is a great camper unit and performed very well on our 2K mile trip through Yellowstone. Boyd, Erin, Steve, and team were great to work with. We would rent from them again John and Penny

I love Rocky Mountain Camper Vans! In the past 6 years I have rented from them 4 times. As a big VW enthusiast I enjoy renting the Vanagons but most recently we had one of the new Dodge Promasters and that was a very nice camper to rent.

I cannot recommend Rocky Mountain Campervans highly enough. They went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us with our rental - they answered every question under the sun that we had and helped us with more than just renting the camper, providing helpful information for our whole trip. It was such a personal service - something I feel you just wouldn't get with much bigger/well known rental companies in the US. We rented 'Mariposa' who was an absolute joy and delight with so much character yes I am talking about the camper. She is 22 years old - something we probably hadn't factored in initially - but her inability to tackle hills quickly top speeds probably 25-30 mph just meant we were able to appreciate the incredible scenery a lot more and suited the pace of life of our trip! We initially had thought we would rent a larger vehicle from a well known rental company but there were non-available for our time frame so we stumbled across RMC and I am now so glad we didn't rent anything bigger. For someone who has never driven abroad, on 'the wrong side' of the road nor anything bigger than a polo or even an automatic for that matter, Mariposa was IDEAL. We received a very thorough explanation of everything we needed to know before we set off although I kind of wish we'd have recorded some of it or written it down! There's a lot to take in! We had more than enough room for 2 people although I'm not sure I'd have coped with any more in this sized van. The pop top meant you could stand up inside and even sleeping up there was comfy! Nothing quite beats looking out at the stars from up there or watching the sunrise! The van was equipped with more than we needed - although I'd recommend packing lightly as clothes storage is limited. We were given the renters mobile numbers if we had any problems and they were very helpful and responsive even when we managed to block the sink! We tested the van in all weather conditions - thunderstorms, Vagas heat and yes SNOW in September - it does have a furnace although we didn't think we'd have needed it so didn't get a explanation of how to use it but I think as long as you're prepared for snow we weren't! it works perfectly in all conditions! My travel buddy and I had the time of our lives exploring 5 states in 2500 miles and cannot thank Rocky Mountain Campervans enough for making our rental what it was. I hope to be writing a blog about our adventures soon in order to help inspire others and give advice/tips about doing a big road trip so watch this space! ....

My fiancé and I rented a camper van and traveled 1,000 miles over 5 days through Colorado and Utah. Our experience was incredible, Boyd the owner was available for questions at any hour of the day, and we would recommend this company to anyone of our family and friends.

My wife and I rented a Eurovan and took it over 1000 miles from Las Vegas to Denver and it was awesome! The van was in great condition, well outfitted and we had zero problems on the trip. Boyd and Erin are super nice and helpful. We met Boyd in LV for the pickup and he gave us an extensive walk-through of the vehicle. We chatted about our trip and he suggested an alteration that helped us save a wasted travel day and flight. On the return end, Erin checked in the vehicle, reviewed everything and got us on our way smoothly. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We'll be doing it again.

You will leave this place feeling sad wishing you had the van for a couple more days. One of the best vacations I have ever had. Boyd the owner was one of the coolest guys I have met here he and will do anything in his power to make your journey feel like you just crossed it off your bucket list.
