Great, great experience with this dealership! I live out of state and came in to pick up a new travel trailer. Paige, Terry and several others on their staff were a blessing to work with. Everything, and I mean everything was hassle free and easy when it came to purchasing my new trailer. If you're in the Denver area, you should consider this store because of their stellar customer service. If you're out of state: same thing, they will make everything so easy and pressure free over the phone or email. Thanks again for being so great to work with!

Fantastic! Local, reliable, trustworthy, and fair prices. Bought our beloved travel trailer Sunray 109 here - Trailer World staff are so personable and took the time to help us understand every square inch of it. 5 years on and the customer service is as good today as when we bought it. They are family owned/operated and so they know you and know your trailer! We always look around good to know what other options are out there! and their selection is good, always different and plenty of trailers to see. They are so knowledgeable and definitely low pressure they are clearly running a brisk business and don't need to rely on pressure. I'm picking up a new mini fridge today - in their typical A++ style, they moved mountains to get it to us in time for our next trip. Just love this place!

Throughly enjoyed visiting with Paige and Mark. They both gave us great information, allowed us to look at the two trailers we are interested in. Will definitely go back once we have made a decision on the trailer we want. Thanks for the great experience.

Couldn't ask for an easier group of people to deal with. Good selection, great prices, and everyone did what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. Two screws did work their way out on the way home, but that was after driving down 20+ miles of rough dirt roads and I don't think that's a reflection on Trailer World or the manufacturer. The best part about this transaction was that I was able to put down a deposit and take delivery when was convenient for me. I was having a garage built and there were building delays. Trailer World was getting in new 19FBS every month at the time and they never pressured me to take my trailer before I was ready. I'd put down a deposit on a 2020 model and by the time I was ready to take delivery I received a 2020.5 model with some pretty nice upgrades. Couldn't be happier.

We shopped around for a trailer all over town, mostly at the big retailers because as first-timer's that's all we knew. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that we randomly found this company at the RV show in Denver last year. It's a local, family owned company and the service that we have received from them since purchasing our trailer has been AWESOME! We were pretty clueless at first when it came to operating a trailer and Dave the owner gave me his personal number after our initial walkthrough and told me to call him anytime if we need any additional help. I hate to admit it, but I've had to call him a few times with questions while we were out camping and he and his wife and kids have always been so helpful and kind. They've never made us feel like it was an inconvenience to help us with anything - I really can't imagine getting that kind of service from a big dealer. Since we purchased it in the spring, they even had us bring the trailer back in last fall and winterized it for us at no charge. I could go on and on about how amazing the experience has been buying from Trailer World. As our family grows and it comes to buying out next trailer I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back. I really can't imagine buying from a big retailer now after seeing the service that this small family-owned company provides. I really cannot recommend this place enough!

We're full time travelers. Needed to add two GoPower 6 volt batteries to the bank in my 5th wheel. Found these guys on the GoPower website. Before I called Trailer World, I shopped other dealers and repair shops and was told they couldn't get me in or they quoted me ridiculous pricing. I scheduled with Jordan for a time that worked. As soon as I arrived, the crew started on my coach and were done in an hour, as promised. The also fixed my awning at no extra charge. Very honest family business since 1965. Highly recommend Trailer World.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I purchased my 2021 Sunlite 16BH in May of 2020. Had not been back to dealership since then - since it's an awesome trailer! Today I needed a small interior trim piece cosmetic for my trailer, so I drove up to the dealership to purchase. I walk in the door, and one of the owners, Jordan, stands up to greet me and says "Hi Greg". I was in shock he remembered my name from over 2 years ago. In addition, he said "yes, you purchased the ORANGE 16BH with the orange interior." I couldn't believe it. Hell, I can't remember a person's name 5 minutes after I meet them. So, he had the trim piece I needed, and then I described to him a minor electrical problem I have had on and off with the trailer. Well, he suspected a particular fuse/relay might be the issue. So, I requested to purchase one of those from him as well. When I tried to pay for both items, he would not take my money, and gave both to me gratis, free of charge. If that's not amazing service, I don't know what is. If anyone reading this is in need of parts, service, or a new trailer, I can't say enough good things about Trailer World Denver!!!
