OMG! All they need to do is bottle that smell when you first walk in there. Mmmm chocolate. Good chocolate!!!!

Unhelpful. Dishonest. Sorry, I'm not willing or able to help you. Those might as well have been the words Jessica (clerk 22) spoke to me when I entered the Delafield location on 9/23/2017. I had seen an assortment advertised on the companies Web site ( a 48 oz variety Product # BC-107). When I got there, however, they were either out of or never carried ( Jessica's story seemed to vary back and forth) the item. I told Jessica that I realized it was not her fault either way but what could she do to help. After telling me several times that the owners had left for the day, she told me she was authorized to do NOTHING. She did say that I could make up a box with what they had in stock but they were out of practically everything. They were even out of MILK CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES! It was like a bad Monty Python Skit where the cheese shop is out of Cheddar! I bought a lesser assortment and used a coupon I had for a 1/4 pound of fudge with a $15 purchase and went my way. BUT ON LOOKING AT MY RECEIPT JESSICA SAID THE FUDGE WEIGHED .3 lbs. I WAS LOOKING AT THE SCALE WHEN SHE WEIGHED IT AND IT ONLY WEIGHED .259 WITH THE WRAPPER ON! That is when I decided to write my first and only review EVER! Unhelpful/Dishonest Let the buyer beware......Or better yet go somewhere else!

The service is incredible. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The chocolate is delicious. I like to stop in for the wonderful fudge pops.
