I am pretty new to the snowbike scene and I am so glad I bought from Toby. I have so many questions and bug the hell out of him and he is always happy and quick to answer. There isn’t a whole lot of info online about many of these parts and Toby is full of the information necessary to have a good reliable time on the mountain. Even though I live in Idaho I go through Toby because my local dealers are not as responsive. I would rather pay freight from Colorado then deal with Local dealers that don’t answer their phones.

Can’t say enough about the level of service RMSMX provides. From the very beginning I received a very high level of service. I hadn’t yet purchased anything from RMSMX and Toby still spent an hour and a half on the phone with me talking me through my options on a snow check. After I picked up my new kit I would’ve never imagined the level of service after the sale I received. Toby has been nothing but great and super responsive for when I have questions about set up or want to add something else to my order. He even went as far as calling me on a Sunday during his vacation to help me out with a warranty claim on my kit. Hands-down the best service I have ever received in just about any industry ever.
