Sergio made my first car buying experience smooth and pain free. He was very polite and put me at ease by answering all the questions I had. Never did I feel pressured or pushed to make my decision. Overall great salesman! I drove to the dealership alone in my work van, and he even helped deliver my vehicle to my place! I am beyond happy with my 2014 Impala! Also, thanks to Ezekiel and Abe!
Had a great experience getting a new Silverado 1500 today. Ed was super helpful and friendly to deal with. Other sales staff were also reasonable and I appreciate that they listened to my needs and got me a price that was very fair. Having been an Auto Nation Jeep customer from back in 2015, I’m glad I stopped by today!
No ethics. No pride. We recently purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot. The car seemed excellent until I was able to take a better look at it when my wife brought it home. The air intake hose was completely torn in half, a lug nut was missing and the wheel with the missing lug nut was not torqued down. I reached out about these issues and to their credit they got these taken care of in a very unorganized manner but they took care of these issues. I looked into the inspection paper the technician made for this vehicle. Air cleaner/air box - marked green even though it was torn in half. Wheels and tires - marked green even though the wheel was missing a lug nut and not torqued down. Transmission fluid - marked green even though it was black and has not been changed in at least 80k miles Power steering fluid - marked green even though it was never changed Brake fluid - marked green even though it has never been changed and has algae in it I went to change the oil for this first time since we bought the car. The oil drain plug was was rounded by the technician when they over tightened the drain plug into the oil pan. The drain plug was new and shiny and not the correct one for the vehicle. The plug is seized into the oil pan and for its first oil change with us we now have to replace the oil pan all together. This has been the most unprofessional and sloppy purchase I have ever experienced. They were lazy and unethical from the technician all the way to the service help.
Sergio was very helpful throughout the day and informative on the truck. Fast and reliable service from sales really walked me through the process and explained everything that was needed properly and made it easy to understand. Got the truck the same day 10/10 service for Sergio.
Very professional and on top of their work! Even with their computer systems having issues, we were able to get the remaining paperwork done at a good pace. Will be coming here again for any future car purchases. Thanks to Jamie for all his help finding a reliable car that suited us.
Picking out a car and test driving went smoothly and Manny was very nice and helpful. That is where my good experience ended. I then had to wait for almost 2 hours just for a person to be available to process paperwork even though I could see at least 10 employees standing around doing nothing. When I mentioned I wasn’t happy with the wait and it not being communicated to me beforehand I was told “welcome to a dealership”. Is that really what you say to a customer that’s upset? Do you really think that would make a situation better? I will certainly not be returning here for another vehicle nor would I recommend it to anyone else. EDIT: the vehicle I purchased wouldn’t start when I tried to leave the dealership, they jumped it and sent me on my way. The next morning it was completely dead. I had to jump it and drive all the way back to the dealership for a new battery. They replaced it quickly, but it was frustrating that it wasn’t something they took care of before selling the vehicle. Overall my experience with them was pretty terrible. Manny was the only person there that showed an ounce of compassion and a spirit of helpfulness. Without him I probably would have walked out and not bought the car.
I don’t think I have ever had such an amazing experience while purchasing a vehicle. Tin went above and beyond the entire time and even after the purchase! He was helpful, cheerful, funny, and so excited for us. He got me into a 2021 Toyota Tacoma and I couldn’t be more Greatful. I recommend everyone to ask for Tin!!
Great purchasing experience! Sami was very knowledgeable and responsive when I was inquiring about the vehicle, and had it ready for a test ride before I arrived. Loving my new 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium, and was priced correctly with accessories included for the crazy market we're all experiencing. Would recommend to any of my friends and family. Stop in and check these guys out!
I bought a car here because my car had been stolen, recovered and subsequently totaled. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. I worked with Cesar and he was so kind and polite. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner, in person, over the phone or via email. He was so kind, when our kids got fussy and we had to take them home, he provided financing numbers to me via email and all the numbers were laid out and explained very clearly. I went back to the dealership the next day to finalize the deal. The paperwork was ready almost immediately and while there was a small wait due to some minor IT issues, I didn’t have to wait long at all. Jake, the financing guy had all of my paperwork ready for me to sign. This process went by so quickly. Since I went to the dealership by myself that day, Cesar graciously drove my new car and dropped it off at my house with a full tank of gas. I felt taken care of and valued as a customer and I wasn’t just a deal. I would highly recommend to other car shoppers to visit this dealership. Thank you AutoNation North!
