The experience was so effortless and extremely quick! They worked closely with Enterprise for my rental and USAA insurance company to make sure that I had a seamless experience! This shop was able to see for me an estimate same day as calling when all other shops in the area couldn't see me for two months for just an estimate. Then they were able to take my vehicle and complete repairs within a week. They understood how important it was to get my car back quickly. Would recommend!

Within a week or so of driving my car after the bodywork was complete, my engine starting smoking. I called the body shop to see if this might have something to do with their work, and initially the local manager was rude and made my feel like I was crazy for connecting the dots The regional manager, Lane, got involved and agreed to look at the problem, and discovered it was a faulty oil filter nothing to do with the bodywork. Vey impressed with the follow-up, and also with the quality of body work.Service: Body & Trim
I had waited a couple months to get the parts needed for my vehicle which was expected however once the parts were ready I received a call saying I could bring my car on Monday. I called Monday morning and they told me that the individual who did my estimate is the only one who could service my vehicle and she was not available for 2 weeks. This caused me to have to wait even longer than I already did to receive service. I don't understand why I needed a specific employee when everyone should be trained to do the work on my car. This I feel was unacceptable as I had already waited months to get the parts to begin with and feel like anyone could have assisted me. The front desk worker was extremely rude and should not be in customer service. Answers the phones terribly and doesn't even say hello when you walk in the door. Very unprofessional and has an "I don't want to be here" attitude.Service: Body & Trim
