Patty and Josh were excellent! The tires I wanted were out of stock. They suggested a better tire for the same price. Would highly recommend this store. They didn't try to upsell which is something I don't like.
These people are amazing! I have brought my car to this establishment for maybe 8 years. Every single time they earn my trust and returned business. I've worked with just about everybody here, most recently with Josh, he was amazing. These people wear their integrity on their sleeve, they're upfront, honest, and they work hard to explain EVERYTHING to the customer. When I have a problem they work hard to give me great information, even better customer service, and amazing prices. I appreciate everything they do and they've earned my trust to handle all of my automotive issues.
I had an appointment made for 1pm to fix my tire that had a screw in it. I called and talked to Josh at 11am to see if I could get in any sooner so I was not late for work and he told me to bring it in and they would get to it. Josh and patty were friendly and were able to get me in and out in an hour. Great customer service and fast. I will definitely be going back to this location again.
Stopped in for a brake inspection. Received nothing but the best customer service from both Patty and Joshua. Even though it's freezing out, they both took their time to talk, listen, understand, and provide us with the best and most honest repair work we've found in Denver recently. And when you own the number of vehicles we do, that says something. We have definitely found our new local service center!
I went to Big O Tires to get my tire patched and they were truly amazing. Bret could not have been more helpful. He explained the process with great detail. The work they did was quick and efficient. I barely had time to finish my food. This location is officially my Go To.
I have brought my car multiple times to this Big O location. Every time I am more than pleased with the work they do, not only on my vehicle but also the customer service is fantastic. Patty was extremely friendly, and helpful. I also want to thank Bret for all the help he gave me during my visit. I live in Colorado Springs now, but I’d definitely keep making the drive up to this location for their services!
I can’t thank the big o team enough for always taking care of mine and my families automotive care they always make sure we’re in good hands and communicate every step of the way! I love that and definitely trust the team with our vehicles, I recommend everyone to come to this location Bret, Josh and Patty are always making sure they go above and beyond! Patty and Josh did and excellent jobs on fixing my flat tire, there is a huge pin inside of my tire and they fix it fast and professional!!! Highly recommend and I am so lucky I found this great store. Would definitely back again!
Joshua and Patty were very helpful and professional. Even though I didn’t have an appointment they made sure I got the help I needed in a timely manner. Joshua explained all of the other car services Big O offers that I had no clue about so from now on Big O will be my go to spot for all my car needs. Definitely gonna recommend Big O to anyone in need of car repairs. Specifically this Big O tires at 7500 N pecos.
My front tire has been losing air slowly for months. I have been to several tire repair places he could not find the problem. I took my car too. Big O Tires on Pecks Street in Denver where Patty and her crew analyzed and finally fixed the leak in the seal between the tire and the wheel! Polite, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them for your tire needs!
