tldr; don't go there. It was a horrible experience. My car got hit behind and their job was to replace bumper. It took 3 weeks to get my car back. They claimed it was delayed because the bumper got shipped from Germany. I asked the invoice and it was from a dealership one hour away. They never called any updates on my vehicle. I had to visit there to push my case. The receptionist lady seemed it's their normal business. They even charged me deductible amount even if my insurance informed them that don't charge any money to me. All the positive reviews here seem from their family members. My Tesla S 2020 car has been there for 2 months and every time I call they give me a different story and excuse to keep. I have been promised several dates and several call back but non of them are fulfilled. I was dealing with Ryan who treaded me rudely and told me several times come take your car after they tear it apart. Talking to Mario the manager didn't make any difference, although he is so polite but never return a call. Still didn't get my car and not sure if it will be repaired right or not! I went in on Tuesday and got my car back on a Friday. My main concern was the matching of paint and they nailed it and that's why they get a five stars. Todd was great because he actually prove what he was saying not just talking a big game like any other salesman and the receptionist was also cool very professional. Honestly I can't tell the difference I have pictures but I'm not the greatest photographer I hope it helps.
One of the most unprofessional and disorganized companies I have ever had to work with. Went in on March 1st and dropped off our car with high expectations after the great reviews and they informed us our car should be ready on the 24th of March and we would receive updates should that date change. On the 23rd they texted us stating that they are moving along as expected with the repair process. On the 25th we decided to give them a call to get an update and they gave us a new estimate of Friday the 1st of April. On the 31st of March they gave us another delay stating that it should be completed by the 4th of April. On the 4th we hadn’t heard anything so we called again and were told our car still had to go through alignment and a polish. Our final response from them on April 7th stated that the car just needed to be washed and it should be completed at the end of business day. We called them at end of day asking the status again and they said a part came in “broken” so they had to replace the part. We finally received word that the car was ready on April 8th at 10:30AM and was told the shop was closing early at 12 and to confirm pick up. We arrived at 11 and sat there for 45 minutes waiting for them to finish our car and paperwork. When the vehicle was finally brought around we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to locate our vehicle’s key. I contacted Geico to understand why this took so long. Geico informed me that Ben Clymer’s reached out to them on March 2nd asking for a supplement. Geico then reached back out to them on March 2nd and 3rd with no response from Ben Clymer’s. Geico had to send a field rep out to their location on March 9 because of this communication issue, causing the claim to not be approved until March 10 . Ben Clymer’s instructed me that the entire time they were waiting on Geico, which was inaccurate. The timeline was extended purely because of Ben Clymer’s . I even asked if they would provide a complimentary detail due to the ridiculous amount of time they took as well as lack of communication and was told it is not in their policy to do this. I will not be using this company ever again due to their lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service.Service: Body & Trim
I had my wife vehicle repaired here due to accident last month, I have taken my vehicle here in the past when it use to be Rocky's Auto Body and now its Ben Clymer's, they have an excellent staff, especially Bianca, they keep you updated with all the repairs, no one wants to get into an accident but if do you and need some work done, then this is the place to go. just want to thank everyone at Ben Clymer's Body Shop, keep up the good work...
My car was hit on the freeway and severely damaged. Nissan had me take it to Ben Clymer's. They helped me get a rental, took great care of my car, detailed it before giving it back to me, and even got me a new battery after it was discovered that my battery died after being in the shop for a month. My car had been in bad shape. Now, my car is driving as if it was never hit at 50 mph on the freeway. I would totally trust them with my car. They are also extremely friendly.
Awesome and amazing people that work at all 4 Ben Clymer's I've visited. They are all so freaking awesome and nice to me and everyone else that I've seen every time I stop by. They are sooooooooooo precise and go above and beyond to make your vehicle exactly the way it was when you first bought your vehicle. Keep up the amazing work that you all do. I had a wonderful experience at Ben Clymers in Pomona. Mike Buschman and his staff went above and beyond. They worked around the clock knowing that the truck was my sole transportation which they did not have to do. They had my truck ready and available in record time and the work was impeccable. I would recommend them to my own family that's how much I trust and loved their work and customer service. Thank you Ben Clymer' s staff!!!
