This shop is awesome and professional. Took care of my truck and explained the process of an insurance claim. And loved the fact that he stated he produces quality not quantity. My insurance claim sent me a list of approved shops by them, and read the reviews on the recommendation of shops. Was not impressed with the shops they have sent me. I did my homework and chose Victory collision repair. 1. Great customer service 2. Shop is very clean and professional. 3. They did a great job on my 3500 dually I am very impressed and happy with the job they did. Rick thank you for going the extra mile and helping out by baby girl 3500. I treat my truck like a baby. I highly recommend this shop to anybody out there.

Went to Victory Collision and was immediately greeted with courtesy and attentiveness. Lawrence was helpful and answered all my questions about my repair. He was honest with his pricing and thorough with his work. I went to 5 other shops before this one and no one was as genuine or fair priced as this establishment. They made a bad situation so much better and stress free. Will definitely return to Victory for all my body work needs. Do yourself the favor and go to Victory!

Just a couple of weeks before Christmas and I get rear ended. To my surprise, Victory is still open and is willing to write up an estimate for my insurance. After coming to an agreement with my adjuster the work begins and only a few days later I am getting a call that the vehicle is finished. I pull up to the shop to a like-new rear end and a detailed car. The guys at Victory not only took care of me, but exceeded my expectations with the timing and detail of the repair. On to finish my last minute shopping! Much appreciated Victory!

Just picked up my 2014 GMC Sierra for some work done on my passenger rear door we’re I was backed into. This shop is amazing the job came out impeccable, Rick the shop owner is professional and courteous and his shop is ran professionally and is clean and organized. Lawerence the shop manager is also very professional and he is an expert at his craft if your looking for a top notch collision repair shop like I was, look no further the Victory collision repair.

This place is great! My car was a total reck when I dropped it off. Let me just say I was not disappointed when I received my car. It only took them a week to fix my car completely. Amazing job. Had a vehicle that was almost broken but the manager Lawrence did an amazing job to repair it and his customer service skills were incredible. If you need something fixed this is the one. Classic cars all in the works. Great job.

My wife had recently been in an accident where a driver rear-ended her Prius car at a red light. I contacted my insurance company who recommended a low rated review repair shop which I declined taking my car to. Instead, I brought my Prius to Victory Vehicle Collision Repair on August 30, 2017 after reading several Google reviews online stating their service and quality were good. However, I learned the hard way – DO NOT bring your vehicle here for body work. Their customer service and professional quality are POOR. All things considered, I am profoundly displeased with their dishonesty, unforthcoming service, and hidden storage and labor charges. Before definitively getting repair at this shop, I was approached by Rick who specifically stated there would ONLY be an upfront fee of $350 for a tear down with NO hidden fees. Unsuspectingly, I believed him; I read over and signed the contract and agreed to the teardown fee. Nowhere on the contract did it state any hidden fees or any future hidden fees that would be applied towards the final estimate total. Again, BEWARE. After receiving the total estimated cost to repair my car, I did not find it comfortable to have my car repaired there. I noticed that they had a skeleton crew - no customer service and no support at the front desk. I requested that my Prius be reassembled after the teardown was done as I was intent on taking my Prius out of the shop so I could find an estimate elsewhere. Rick attached a hidden storage fee of $195/day for having my car there for 5 days – amidst the body damage estimate. I was disconcerted by the additional storage fee they added to my tear down. As a result, I consulted with Rick and another manager, Carlos, regarding the storage fee. I pointed out that there was no sign displayed at the front desk or in the contract of the suggested charges they were billing me for. I also voiced they never verbally told me of the suggested charges until I after I requested to pick up my car after the tear down estimate was completed. I disagreed with the hidden storage charges and inquired they should be removed. There was no room for negotiation – it was either I pay the money or my car stays. I felt manipulated. When I showed up at the shop to review the documents again with Rick, a sign was posted presenting their rates and charges. When I returned with the insurance paperwork 3 days later, the sign was removed – shady operation. To settle matters, I circumlocuted the fees by agreeing to have my car repaired there and my insurance company would compensate me for the costs. NOTE: Rick and Carlos are NOT customer friendly; they will NOT acknowledge your complaints. Instead, they will take the egotistical position that the customer is somehow at fault for any problem you address to them. They are very defensive if you tell them that parts were reassembled incorrectly or plastic clips were missing to secure sections. I visited the shop two times, October 19 and 23, after being contacted that my car was complete and ready for pickup. Each trip I took, I noticed distinguishable areas of incompletion on my car due to poor repair execution. Prior to having my car repaired, Rick and Carlos assured me that the Prius would look good as new. Through much confrontation on requesting a full, professional service done, I chose to pick up my car on October 25, 2017 because I was truly repulsed with their business; anyone can clearly tell that after their “full repair” was done to my car, it still looked like it had been in an accident. There were new scratches and dents that had not been there prior to taking it in for an estimate. In short, my car was there for almost 60 days and it was still not up-to-par at the end. The final cost of our minor rear end damage was over $7000 – completely overcharged to the insurance company. I will NEVER return as a customer and will absolutely NEVER give a referral to this place.

My 04 gto was hit on the passenger rear quarter panel. The suspension was damaged as well as the wheel and tire. Not an easy fix at all. I was very nervous on which body shop to take my car to, because I am very particular in who works on my car. I drove around to several body shops in the near by area and would not even consider most by the way the shop looked and what kind of projects they had going on. I found Victory to have good reviews and saw most of there cars they repiar were higher end. I decided this would be the place i would take my car to. I talked to Carlos who was very friendly and professional. We talked about how the repairs would be executed. I explained how I expected my car to look better then before the accident and the suspension to be back exactly how it was. I also ask them to repair and paint a couple other parts of the car. It took a little longer then i expected. But found out they ended up painting almost the whole car which i wasnt expecting. But after seeing how it came out I am very glad they made the decsion to do it because it looks like a new car. It was definitely the right thing to do. There were alot of small dents, dings and imperfections around the car before that I always noticed and now they are all gone! I also got a very good deal on the work. They also replaced the suspension components that were damaged and installed the after market bushings that I had on before. The suspension and camber issue was fixed which i was really worried about. I would definitely recommend Victory to some in my shoes. I thought my car was totaled. Overall my car is better then before. Very pleased with the quality of this repair. Thanks again Carlos!

I dropped off my Lexus about 3 weeks ago, I just got it back and everything is in perfect condition. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable, and took care of any questions or concerns I had. if you want a quality job done the only place I would recommend bringing your vehicle too Victory Custom Paint in Rancho Cucamonga where they wont try to screw you, they are more than fair with their prices, and will make your car look factory again, I will always do my buisness with Victory's and nobody else, Rick the Manager took some of he's time to show me, some of the collision repair that they were doing in another cars and I was impressed, thats why I decided to live my car there because i knew my car was in a good hands.
