Ramona Tire & Service Center

I came in today to get an alignment and my tires rotated. They ended up inspecting my whole car and gave me a report after which was a plus so I could figure out if there’s any other problems I needed to get fixed. Jose serviced my car and did an awesome job. He was very professional. Definitely recommend coming here!

I had a screw in my tire. I called and their really sweet customer service rep said they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour with no appointment! I called another place prior to them, and it was about a 5 hour wait for a simple tire patch. Needless to say, I’ll be going to Ramona Tires for all my tire needs from this point on! I was really in and out in 45 minutes.

Love the customer service here. It was a friendly experience. They tell you everything you needed to know about your car. Especially not being pushy at all. Thank you for the awesome price and service. I’d come back.

Very efficient! They were able to look at my tire right away, determine I did need a new one, check stock and get a same day order in all in about 15 minutes. Left the car and got a text a few hours later that it was ready. Great service and would definitely use again!

They got the job done but after spending all day to change brakes was terrible . And the staff are horrible. Jose in particular. The guy will tell you everything “wrong” with your car and when you tell him you don’t want to get something done that day, he gives you looks and changes his attitude. Besides the staff and work , the price on labor might be fair but the parts are ridiculously expensive. I can’t find a brand or style of that part that is anywhere close to that expensive so I don’t know where they supply from .

Could not have beenat a better place. Jose and all the guys are great employees. Besides the service I received, they made feel like I know them for a long time. Thanks guys for your professionalism and immediate response to my request.

Lost my brand new branded lug nut and they replaced it with one of their used lug nuts. The customer service rep asked me where the lug nut was to unlock the bolts, I told him and said you can push my stuff back and pull up the rug to the spare tire and grab it. He proceeds to pick my stuff up and throw it to the back of the truck then grab the lug nut, very disrespectful. Service was good.

The service writers are always incredible courteous and helpful. They look up history and make sure we stay up to date. They listen to our description of what ever is the current issue and address it accurately every time.

This review is long over due! I have been to the Rancho Cucamonga location a couple of times, and have always received such amazing service. I was having problems with my TPMS sensor, turns out that I had something stuck in my tire causing a very small leak. The team at Ramona Tires patched it right up for me. Another time my car was making a horrendous noise. Turned out that there was a small piece of metal stuck in between my rotor and break pad. I was planning an engagement party that day & had so much to do. The team took my car in, found the problem, and reassured me my car was fine, and sent me on my way to finish planning. Everyone there is so personable and friendly. I never get the feeling that anyone working here doesn't love their job. Thank you again to the great team at Ramona Tires for always helping me with my car!

They are very honest at this shop!. Replaced tires and shared about brakes , which were actually okay. Answered all questions. Quick service. Highly recommend
