American Tire Depot - Rancho Cucamonga

I would highly recommend American Tire Depot for your automotive needs. I scheduled an alignment service and the service advisor got me in promptly and my car was serviced fairly quickly even though they were very busy. I would trust them the next time I need tires which is usually pretty often!

These guys were amazing. We are moving out of state, pulling out travel trailer and got a flat tire. They did not carry the tire size we needed but recommended a place that did. They even drove me over to get the tire and then installed it for us. We were back on the road in no time. Highly recommend.

American Tire Depot in Rancho Cucamonga is the way to go when you are looking for service you can count on! I have taken my Jeep there twice now within the last 6 months, and each time the experience was the same. The staff were all professional, and were well versed. It is rare these days to find people with good interpersonal skills. I can tell you with confidence, good costumer service still exists. I found it at American Tire Depot, in Rancho Cucamonga! Busy because they are AWESOME! As a car owner I always know in advance what work my vehicle will need to be tend too from a previous quote from from a another auto shop. That is our responsibility. I was given a AWESOMENESS of a quote; Four tires that fit my budget! American Tire Depot will be my to go for all my future vehicle care. Staff is wonderful. Very busy but folks we have the time!

I wasn't greeted when I walked in even though I was the only customer standing there. I was in desperate need of tires so I waited awhile to be greeted to buy my tires. Another customer came in upset and one of the staff members argued with the customer and gave him an excuse about having a hurt foot. The gentlemen working the front seem unhappy to be there. A few days after my purchase I noticed loud noise while driving on the freeway. I discovered that the adhesive weights were falling off as I drove. The weights could have caused damage to my vehicle and others driving behind me. They probably failed to prepare the surface of the wheels to prevent the weights from flying off when I drove. I took it to another shop to get the job done right the first time. I'm very disappointed and mad at myself for taking my business there. Never again!

I called around town looking for tire places who had black wheel weights for my black wheels. I just needed to have tires I bought elsewhere mounted on wheels that I was dropping off. ATD was the only place I called that had black wheel weights, and their price was reasonable. When I arrived, Dominick greeted me and asked to look at the wheels. He was concerned that their tools might scratch the wheels so he asked his installer who said no problem. When they went to balance the wheels, they took the time to call me to ask about the center caps because they were afraid they might break. I appreciate them taking the time to be careful and to check vs just bashing the caps like I’ve had happen elsewhere. Overall a very good experience. I’ll be back!

Went it for a quick oil change and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. They warned me to keep an eye on something which I very much appreciated. Good to find a friendly and honest automotive shop.

**AVOID AT ALL COST** Doesn’t deserve 1 star Terrible customer service and under staffed. 2 people working every department. Never answered the phone so I decided to go in. I'm standing in the lobby for 25 min without one single greeting. Tall bald African American fellow "assisted me". He would not look at me at all when speaking would try to speak to me and read paperwork at the same time which caused him to mumble everything he was saying. Did. It want to service my car just because I personally went up to him and asked if I can help. He seemed to be offended by this and tried to avoid all customers "reading paperwork the whole time instead o attending customers. Definitely recommend going to another location of atd. Terrible shop. Sad it is in Rancho Cucamonga where most stores and services are very professional. ***AVOID AT ALL COST***

Had negative camber wear on my 2018 Tesla model X front tires and came into location last min and at end of day got such a great price on my front 2 tires I also grabbed the rears which was unbelievable seeing that the tires are 22 inches and Michelin pilots sport all weather … awesome and that’s guys for making the day better even tho I had to buy 4 tires …. Till next time

Had a great experience today! Got a flat on my way to work and had to stop by and buy one last minute. They even put my spare tire back in its place and with all the tools. For sure will be coming back!
