There’s sometimes a wait, but it always goes smoothly once you're in. I usually use a coupon, which makes the service a great deal. The staff is friendly and professional, though they do offer additional services. I appreciate that they accept polite declines without any pressure. Overall, Valvoline delivers a hassle-free, reliable experience every time!

I have been getting my oil changed at this place for about two years, but today I was not satisfied. I understand that you are short-staffed, but the new hires need proper supervision to ensure they do the job correctly. One employee even asked me to start my car when there was no oil in it. I was very upset about this.

This was my first time to this location. I was pleasantly surprised that the tire rotation was offered as I’m from VA and the one I frequent have it. This by far has been thee best Valvoline I’ve been too. To hear and see such a young bunch working together and so respectful to each other and the customers. Keep up the great work RC crew and hats off to Anthony for my military discount and Martha.

I took my car there for an oil change. When I got home there was oil all over my garage floor. I took it back the next day and they said oh sorry we must have had spillage. Well I paid almost $300, how does that happen. The techs also didn’t know how to check oil level once filled and how to reset service light. I had to Google and watch videos.

This was my 3rd time getting an oil change here. Prices are high but definitely worth it for anyone who wants their oil done quickly. Workers knew what they were doing and didn't make a mistake when I went. They didn't try to push extra services but they did let me know what is recommended. Before paying they listed everything I was charged for, which is good because I didn't see any "hidden" fees. Good service, I'd be happy to come again.

I’ve come here several times, and this last time was disappointing. They usually give me a full checkup but they did not check everything this time. This is why I would go to Valvoline. They usually check the health of my battery and this time they did not. As a result, I was stuck stranded with a dead battery and had to call for road side assistance. If I knew my battery was almost out, I could have prevented this frustrating situation by buying a new one. I relied on valvoline and they let me down.

If you call the number that's listed on Google, it takes you to somebody in a different state that gives you a completely wrong price. To the point that it's time and a half what they quoted me. When I finally got here. I drove all the way here just to be told that my oil change was going to be $260 instead of $100 which I was quoted on the phone. One star!

Great and quick oil change the staff working here is extremely helpful and respectful will be recommending this place to all my friends and families. They deserve 6 stars out of 5 for their work ethics.

Fast depending on when you go. I've gone when no one was there and it took 15 minutes and other times it took an hour. They constantly try to upsale you while you are stuck there. Make sure you get the coupon on the website.
